This module allows you to manage your EC2 instances using Puppet: -

awsaccess { 'default':,
    ensure => 'present',

    aws_secret_access_key => 'jn6sKRHWyhFet8oOL+jx/nC1WTHRdKcR1Bo66gC9',

and it allows you to view your ec2instances using the "puppet resource ec2instance" command.
